How Can I Track My Order?

We reserve the right to select or change the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) for any order to ensure the most efficient delivery.

All shipments are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the third-party carrier used for the transaction.

Address modifications requested after an order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" status are not guaranteed and may incur additional rerouting fees.

The risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers at no additional cost to the customer.

International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and administrative customs fees levied by the destination country.

We do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies unless explicitly approved in writing.

In the event of a "Delivered" status but missing package, customers must report the discrepancy to us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.

Packages returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Refused" will be processed as returns, and original shipping fees plus return handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

Customers must provide a valid working telephone number and email address to facilitate carrier contact for delivery scheduling.

Any claims for items damaged during transit must be accompanied by photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the original shipping box.

Shipping guarantees are void in cases of Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental lockdowns.

If a package is seized or delayed by customs for inspections, the customer must coordinate directly with the local customs office to provide required documentation.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the shipping destination is deemed a high-risk fraudulent zone by our security systems.

Items with restricted battery types or liquid content may require specialized ground shipping, which may extend the estimated delivery window.

Any shipping fee promotions or discounts are applied to the net order value after all other coupons or credits have been deducted.
